Lead Alternative Flashing

Description

 

A sustainable, safe and lightweight alternative to lead for use on roofs and facades with the added benefit of no resell value to minimise reworking. Rolls are supplied in convenient 5m rolls to allow easy conversion against lead and supplied in widths 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm.

 

Application

 

• Use in areas where there should be a watertight connection between roofing elements (chimneys, abutments, dormers)

• 85% Lighter than code 4 lead

• Easy to cut and dress

• Integrated aluminium mesh for better profiling and shaping

• High quality EPDM rubber flashing reinforced with aluminium mesh
